About Durwin

As a Multi-Engine Commercial Pilot and flight instructor, not only does Durwin enjoy teaching people how to fly, he also enjoys teaching them how to be GOOD pilots.

Durwin says, "There is a difference between flying and airplane and being a good pilot. Safety is #1 in my book."

He continues, "I really like teaching, here at Tailewheels Etc. Flight School, because there is a family atmosphere here and everyone works well together."

Tailwheels is proud of Durwin, who was voted EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH for February 2011.

In the past 6 months, Durwin has had ten flight school graduates. All of them really enjoyed their experience with Tailwheels and especially with Durwin as their flight instructor.
