Flight Instructor - Joe Gaud
- Commercial SEL
From A very young age I’ve always been involved in some sort of aviation.
Both my parents served in the United States Air Force; my mother serving as a maintenance analyst and my father as a fighter pilot. Since my father’s retirement from the Air Force, he now flies as a captain for Southwest Airlines. Being part of a family that aviation was a very large part of has developed my love for aviation and turned it into my passion.
I started my flight training in 2014 and got my private and instrument ratings in West Palm Beach at Palm Beach Flight Training. In 2015, I began attending Southeastern University which brought me to Lakeland, FL. After this, I began training at Tailwheels, and since then have achieved my Commercial Single-Engine Land, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), and Ground Instructor certificates.
As an instructor, I look forward to sharing my love of aviation with my students and being a small part of an amazing flight school.
